Melbet PH Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing, registering on, or using the Melbet PH platform — including the website at melbetph.best, any associated mobile interface, and all services offered under the Melbet PH brand — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Melbet PH platform. Continued use of your account after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising from the use of Melbet PH that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

To register and maintain an active account at Melbet PH, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your Melbet PH account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method linked to your account. Melbet PH will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone — any communication claiming to be from Melbet PH requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members. All bets placed through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally made them. Before your first withdrawal is processed, Melbet PH will complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. • Once a bet is confirmed on the Melbet PH platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and active.
• The minimum single bet is ₱100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event.
• If an event is postponed before it begins, single bets on that event are generally voided and the stake returned. For accumulator bets, the void selection is removed and remaining selections stand.
• If an event is abandoned after it has started, settlement is based on the applicable sport-specific rules and the governing body's official result.
• Melbet PH reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error occurred due to a technical or human error.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at Melbet PH's discretion. Bets placed before suspension are honoured; bets placed after suspension may be voided.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Melbet PH staff, support agents, or other members of the platform community.

Melbet PH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable belief that the account is in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Activity that Melbet PH's fraud and security systems identify as suspicious or high-risk.
• Request from the member themselves, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any withdrawal requests may be placed on hold during the investigation period. If the investigation clears the account, the hold will be lifted and pending withdrawals processed. If a breach is confirmed, Melbet PH reserves the right to forfeit bonus-related balances and, in cases of fraud, the entire account balance.

In all cases, Melbet PH's maximum liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the balance currently held in that member's Melbet PH account at the time the claim arises.

Melbet PH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the new Terms take effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Melbet PH platform before the changes take effect and contact support to request account closure and balance withdrawal. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
